SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by We Are Arthur, Inc., doing business as Endear (“Endear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Endear SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Endear at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include event and demo reminders, product news and updates, retail and clienteling tips, and follow-up messages from the Endear team.

2. Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on an Endear form and submitting your mobile number. By doing so, you confirm that you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

The Endear SMS program is available to US & Canada mobile numbers only.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers that deliver messages or support our services on our behalf. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
